Traders Information for 2022


We are currently laying out the design for 2022 to respond to the lessons learnt from 2019.

We have sold out with commitments from previous traders bookings and interest already registered. Terms and confirmation will be sent out to traders by the end of November 2021.

Space may be freed up nearer the time so come back to see if we have any opportunities.

Please note that WiFi is available from the venue free of charge but we are unable to guarantee this.

Power sockets are only available on the walls and pillars.

We cannot guarantee location of your tables but will do our best to initially layout similarly to last year (where applicable) and in line with any requests. Note that some requests for wall space will be offered back to back pitches in the event of running out of wall space.

 


Rough timeline (subject to amendments)

  1. 1st December 2021 – All traders should have received their reservation confirmation. Please acknowledge receipt within 2 weeks of email and within a week if thre are errors of corrections.
  2. By end of Feb 2022 Invoices will be raised.
  3. Payment should be made ASAP and by March 28th. Any non payment will be chased once and then your space will be offered to others on the waiting list.
  4. By end of April – final layouts and listings will be on the web site.

NB: We know there have been some problems with spam filters on traders inbound email boxes so please check and get back to us if there are any communications you were expecting but did not received.



Booking terms will be issued with the confirmation of reservation.
