Traders Information and booking form

We are currently planning on 90 tables being available to Traders in our newer lager venue, so please book your space in good time.

Please note that WiFi is available from the venue free of charge but we are unable to guarantee this.

Power sockets are only available on the walls.


Ensure you reserve your space by completing the following request proforma and returning ASAP by email if possible.

We will do our best to ensure a balanced mix of traders (new kits, publications, second hand specialists and accessories providers)

We cannot guarantee location of your tables but will do our best to initially layout similarly to last year (where applicable) and in line with any requests.


AMENDMENT to UPDATE (issue date 8/1/19)

Thank you for the responses so far. We have just a few traders spaces left.

Due to a delay over Xmas in agreeing the layout with health and safety staff at the venue we will now work to the following timetable.

  1. By end of Jan, confirmation of table allocation and costs will be sent out.
  2. We will then confirm location accommodating preferences where possible and notify in the invoice by end of February.
  3. Payments must be received no later than 1st April 2019 or your allocation will be offered to the reserves.
  4. We know there have been some problems with spam filters on traders inbound email boxes so please check and get back to us if there are any communications you were expecting but not received.

All profits will be going to Willen Hospice.
